Lake contracts was appointed to deliver a full refurbishment of the Bar area at Solihull Arden Club. Our client wanted a multifunction room suitable for small meetings and socialising as well as for members socialising and functions, a room in keep with the rest of the club but which would attract the younger members as well.
Over the course of six weeks, the dedicated fit-out contractors at Lake Contracts embarked on a remarkable journey of transformation. What was once a tired and outdated room would soon emerge as a dynamic and inviting space, perfectly aligned with our client's vision.
With great attention to detail, we embarked on the process of revitalisation. Outdated elements were removed, and a fresh canvas was established. The transformation included not only aesthetic upgrades but also thoughtful spatial reconfigurations to optimise functionality.
Over a six week period Lake Contracts team completely transformed this tired and outdated room. In the end, the Bar area at Solihull Arden Club emerged as a shining example of what a well-executed refurbishment can achieve.
