F45 Gym in Birmingham is a special project for Lake Contracts team. We were recommended by the landlord of a building where we delivered a previous project. After the first meeting going through options, our client decided to look for a different site. Over the following 10 to 12 months we have advised our client on different locations and lease negotiations and we finally started on site, a year later.
F45 is a Australian Franchise who are very keen on their branding so Lake Contracts team had to adapt the F45 branding to suit our client’s site and budget. The result was a spacious and adaptable gym that can be used for classes as well as a traditional gym.
